In-Kind Services Assistant
Purpose: This role assists with maintaining program requirements as it relates to Non-Federal Share, Volunteer Services and Reconciliation Management including but not limited to quality assurance/data management and staff training.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain the administrative/clerical role of the NFS Unit
Process home activity in-kind sheets
Assist with processing incident, accident and illness reports submitted by Center staff
Assist NFS Unit with monitoring as it relates to program requirements of the Non-Federal Share and subsidy fees
Assist with training all program and teaching staff as it relates to internal procedures, submitting documents and chain of custody after submission
Attend required trainings, meetings and complete necessary certifications
Assist the HS Director with distributing, collecting and processing customer satisfaction surveys from Centers and Partner Sites
Maintain weekly statistics on IdentoGo services
Assist with completion of monthly report to the Policy Council of all Non-Federal Share data for YWCA and Partner locations
Job Requirements/Skills
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HS Performance Standards
Type 50-65 wpm
Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced skill level using Excel formulations
Efficient with internal electronic data systems
Work independently and collaboratively with others
Ability to analyze information and apply it
Education/Experience Requirements
High School diploma/GED; required; some college preferred
Three to Five (3-5) years of data entry and administrative assistant experience required
Previous experience working with low-income and culturally diverse families; preferred
