Program Specialist-WESP (Women's Economic Stability Partnership) 

Position Summary:

This position provides direct case management services for single women with children and coordinates financial education workshops and seminars for internal and external stakeholders. This position supports, advances and enhances YWCA Metro St. Louis' mission, goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate, plan and implement all aspects of services involving client's needs including supportive services

Maintain accurate client documentation to include case notes, signed agreements and budget related to direct expenses

Actively participate with assisting the organization in rolling out policies and procedures that move the mission forward while developing innovative economic empowering services

Coordinate with other agency services to ensure seamless delivery and continuous quality improvement

Compile and submit monthly statistical information to comply agency and funding requirements

Bi-annually complete program reports for program operations and direct services 

Job Requirements 

Working knowledge of issue relating to low-income families, women and children

Ability to assess and evaluate outcomes

Facilitate group and individual sessions including case management documentation

Knowledge of social services agencies, non-profit schools and basic understanding of budget management 

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Health and Human Services
