Associate Education Center Operations Administrator

The purpose of this position is to assure the fulfillment of all requirements related to child development operations including strategic goals and objectives for all HS/EHS centers to remain in compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise directly the day to day center operations of HS/EHS ensuring compliance with the program standards, licensing accreditation, state and federal standards, internal agency policies and industry best practices

Oversee the coaching model implementation to ensure the provision of ongoing monitoring and quality assistance to teachers, teacher assistants and aides in developing strategies to improve children outcomes

Provide oversight of the creation, implementation, effectiveness and evaluation of the services to pregnant women through the home-based model

Implements and produce critical and constructive data analysis reports

Identify, coordinate and facilitate staff trainings and safety occupational environment initiatives

Ensure that the program is achieving the school readiness goals

Job Requirements:

Understanding of early childhood education and curriculum implantation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop proposals, statistics data analysis and reports

Ability to operate database systems software programs

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Management, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Human/Family Services with significant coursework in Infant/Toddlers

Minimum of four (4) years of management experience
